Your Role
As a Founder's Associate, you will provide general operational support across a wide range of projects, helping build internal processes, structuring core operational workflows, and executing ambitious ideas end-to-end. You will work closely with the founders and contribute directly to keeping the company running smoothly as we scale.
Your Main Responsibilities
- General operational support across a wide range of projects, including building internal processes, structuring core operational workflows, and executing ambitious ideas end-to-end.
- HR and People operations support, including hiring channels, active recruiting, onboarding of new hires and students, and contribution to an open, high-performance company culture.
- Finance & Accounting support, including sorting and processing incoming invoices, supporting basic bookkeeping workflows, and liaising with external accountants as needed.
- Office & Procurement management, including sourcing and comparing quotes (Angebote einholen), placing orders, managing office supplies and vendor relationships.
- Hands-on hardware support, including occasional assembly or preparation of engineering models and prototypes in coordination with the technical team.
About You
We do not expect a perfect match to every bullet point, but you should recognize yourself in most of the profile below.
Must-Have
- Enrolled student (Bachelor or Master), preferably in business, operations, engineering management, or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Structured, reliable, and proactive working style.
- Comfortable working with digital tools (Microsoft 365, documentation tools, basic spreadsheets).
- Very good English (spoken and written); German is a plus.
- Willingness to occasionally work hands-on in a hardware/lab environment.
Preferred
- Proof of proactive mindset, demonstrated through extracurricular activities or personal initiative.
- First experience in operations, HR, startups, or student initiatives.
- Interest in space, aerospace, or deep tech startups.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information responsibly.
